DPulze Friendship Ride 2017

Rules & Regulations:

1. The Organizer reserves the right to use any photographs, recordings of the Event and its rider for any commercial advertising and other promotional purpose.
2. For any reason whatsoever, The Organizer reserves the right to modify or substitute any of these R&R and/or T&C from time to time as it deems fit. Any amendments to these R&R and/or T&C will be updated on the Official Website.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Event at any time without prior notice to riders, in which case the Organizer will make the effort to inform riders prior to the date of the Event.
4. The Organizer reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice to riders to amend the Event cycling routes as it deems fit to the safety of the riders and/or to prevent any potential hazards in the running Event.
5. Each member participant who has authorized this online registration by their friend is also deemed to have read and accepted the Event R&R.
6. Distances and durations indicated for riders are only approximate. The Organizer reserves the right to amend such distance and durations should circumstances demand.
7. Riders are fully responsible with their own risk during the Event. The Organizer shall not be liable for any bodily injuries, loss and/or damage to any individual’s property, whether personal or otherwise howsoever arising.
8. The Event will be held, rain or shine, unless the Organizer determines that conditions are too dangerous. In the Event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the Organizer reserves the right to alter, cancel or eliminate any/all portion of the Event.
9. Registration is confirmed and final upon payment.
10. Each rider, upon registration agrees and confirms that they are physically and mentally capable of riding the distance. If during the Event the rider decides to change the route, they do so at their own risk and all consequences shall be borne by themselves.
11. Riders MUST NOT ride without brakes and protective helmet and ride dangerously or negligently. Riders must adhere & obey the traffic rules and extend all reasonable courtesy to other road user. All riders are to remain behind the safety escort lead vehicles and in front of the safety escort rear vehicles at all times.
12. Riders must attach the assigned cycling bib to their bicycle during event.
